ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, VETERANS, & FIRST RESPONDERS
After spending 7 years in the United States Navy as a Clinical Psychologist, I understand the importance of providing mental health services to our active duty service members, veterans and first responders (law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, and frontline healthcare workers). As a prior active duty service member, I have first-hand knowledge of the unique challenges and demands of the uniformed communities, including frequent PCS moves, deployments, separation from family, shift-work, working in dangerous and austere environments, and the unfortunate stigma often associated with seeking mental health treatment.

It was an honor to work with the Sailors, Soldiers, Marines, and Airmen during my time on active duty, and I am fortunate to be able to continue this work as a civilian.  I hope that I can provide you a safe and comfortable place to explore whatever challenges you are facing.
